CHRISTMAS SHIPPING PERIOD
All orders placed between the 17th & 30th of December may be delayed due the Shipping/Freight closers over that time. Our team will still be packing & processing orders for shipping. Please note all Pick Up Orders will be dependent on warehouse opening times over this period, reach out to our team to confirm.

We dispatch all our orders within 24 - 48 business hours of receiving them. All pre-order products will be shipped when available as listed on the product page.
We ship our orders via Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, with larger orders shipped via courier services. All Flexible Wood Roll products are shipped via a Courier Service. All Orders can be delivered to Australia and New Zealand and are shipped from Virginia (Brisbane) QLD, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Please reach out to our team for shipping for larger orders to confirm the best shipping/freight options. For NZ customers after Wood Rolls, please contact our Customer Service team.
Tracking & Shipping information is provided once the order has been packed and processed. Any required redeliveries from the shipping provider are to be arranged by the customer for a suitable date & time for redelivery.
*We offer free shipping to Vinyl Wall Tile orders ONLY over $150. This offer excludes Composite, Floor Tiles and Wood Rolls due to size and weight of the products.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
All products can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or full refund of the product price.
Product must be in “as new” condition and in their original packaging. Items considered to be subject to “wear and tear” or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for refund. Once the item has been returned the refund will then be issued.
All return shipping/freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items will need to be shipped to Virginia (4014) QLD.
*Please note that we are unable to accept returns or refunds on Factory Second-floor items. Our team will reach out to customers directly to confirm any orders placed for these items. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges
Should the item/s ordered not be the right fit, we are happy to accept an exchange for your order. We can exchange for another item within the same product range with any additional cost differences invoiced to the customer for payment.
All exchange shipping/freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items will need to be shipped to Virginia (4014) QLD.
